Context

The telecom operator deployed its 30 business applications manually, on dedicated servers, with risky releases organized outside peak hours — often at night, mobilizing on-call staff every time.

Solution

Novenvera containerized all 30 applications with Docker, then deployed a Kubernetes cluster for orchestration, with a GitLab CI/CD pipeline automating build, tests and deployment.
