Novenvera was born from a direct observation: governments and enterprises facing transformational digital choices, often with few trusted advisors and insufficient local expertise capable of matching global standards.

Conceptualisation and structuring of Novenvera around artificial intelligence, data, sovereign cloud and e-government.
- 2025
Novenvera officially founded in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, by a team of Congolese IT engineers and consultants.

Launch of the first flagship projects with governments and partners across Central Africa.
