Odoo ERP — National Oil Group

Context

The national oil group operated 5 sites with heterogeneous management systems per subsidiary: spreadsheets for some, isolated accounting software for others. Executive management had no real-time consolidated view of operations.

Solution

Novenvera led the Odoo Enterprise deployment across all sites, covering supply chain, accounting and human resources in a single system of record.

The project started with process mapping workshops, followed by progressive site-by-site configuration, historical data migration and training for 400 key users.

A six-week hypercare period per site stabilized usage before local teams moved to full autonomy.

Results

The deployment was completed on time and on budget. The group’s monthly financial close dropped from 15 to 5 days, with real-time consolidated visibility now available to executive management.
